The Computer Science, Computer Engineering and the BIET undergraduate programs are offered on the main campus in Boca Raton as well as on the Port St. Lucie campus.
The Bachelor of Science degree program in Computer Science is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), and the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The BIET program is designed in compliance with the Technology Accreditation Criteria (TAC) of the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Computer Science
Graduates of the Computer Science program are prepared for careers with software companies that develop stand-alone, networked, or web applications or system software; or with companies that develop software in scientific or engineering environments. The degree focuses on the software aspects of computing, but also includes the basics of computer architecture. The core courses are in the areas of programming (in C and C++), software engineering, algorithms, database, operating systems, theory, and machine organization.
Computer Engineering
Graduates of the Computer Engineering program are prepared for careers in the computer industry as well as with companies that integrate computers into more complex products. The degree focuses on system and hardware aspects of computing, but also includes programming and software engineering. The core courses are in the areas of logic design, computer design and architecture, microprocessors, design automation, operating systems, software engineering and electronics.
Bachelor of Information Engineering Technology
The BIET program provides enhanced technical and non-technical skills and a consistent path from the Associate of Science (AS) to a bachelor�s degree. The program emphasizes practical skills in programming, database, networking, web-based applications, and computer security as well as technical communications and project management. It has less mathematics and natural science than the programs in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
