For best performance, use only a single browser window to access delta.com and proceed without more than a 10-minute delay between clicks.

Plug-ins

Some pages may require the Adobe® Reader® and Flash® Player plug-in. They're available as free downloads.

Common Browser Related Issues

Can’t view the site properly or having an unexpected browser issue?  See a list of possible browser related issues below. 

Cookies.  Ensure cookies are enabled on your browser to ensure an optimum experience.

Outdated and Unsupported Browsers. Using an older or non-compatible browser could mean that you won't be able to take full advantage of delta.com.

Pop-Up Blockers.  If you have a pop-up blocker installed, some functionality may be blocked on our site.

Session / Time Outs.  For security purposes, delta.com sessions expire due to inactivity or if you leave delta.com.   Session time outs for most of delta.com is currently 30 minutes but Online Check-in is only 10 minutes.  In most instances, you'll just start over the task that you’d like to perform when returning to delta.com. 

Firewalls.  Please be aware that your home or office firewall or network settings could impact the ability to enable cookies.
