Kent State University at East Liverpool’s physical therapist assistant students and staff held a fundraiser to support the Cystic Fibrosis “Stick it to CF” campaign. Staying true to the campaign, the PTAT students cleverly coined their fundraiser “Stick it to the Dean.” Dr. Steve Nameth, dean of the Columbiana County campuses, was a great sport and allowed students to purchase tickets in exchange for duct tape used to stick him to the wall.
Other events include:
- Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - $1,000.00 (465.00 raised, 535.00 PTA club account)
- Nign/Ludwig Family - $1500.00 (1152.00 raised [once all monies have been turned in], 348.00 PTA club account) There are still 3 boxes of candy bars left to sell.
- St. Jude’s Pennython - $301.00
- Thank you to Kelly Guerriero and Emily Corll for presenting the check to K105 Radio Station, ON AIR. They did a great job!
