On the Fort Lauderdale Campus, the number of trash dumpster pickups has been cut in half through paper and cardboard recycling.
As of November 1, 2008, the Davie Campus will also add paper recycling to its efforts. We need your participation to make FAU Broward more sustainable. Please do your part and encourage others to participate. If you have any questions, please contact Reid Morgan at 954-762-5040. Here are the specifics:
- Magazines/catalogues
- Phone books
- Home/office/shredded paper
- Computer paper
- Junk mail/brochures
- Newspapers/newsletters
- Clean cereal/food packaging
- Holiday/brown wrapping paper
- Envelopes (all colors and types)
Cardboard boxes can be left in the hall outside the office or workspace door for the custodial staff to collect them. For pickup of large amounts of cardboard, call 954-762-5040.
