RESTRICTED ITEMS:

Personal items: including, but not limited to, items of a decorative nature, wall hangings, awards, refreshments, coffee pots, microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, printing including business cards, etc.
- Purchases of food and bottled water.

Utility equipment: including, but not limited to, lighting, heating, cooling, fans, janitorial supplies, etc.
- Printing
- Any other item prohibited by law, regulation or policy.
- Items which are routinely procured from PRIDE.
LIMITED ITEMS:
The following items may be purchased with the approval of the Purchasing Department and must be purchased on a separate Purchase Order.

- Computer equipment /software and supplies
- Office equipment
