Instructor Requests
Group fitness and cycle instructors may be requested by any campus organization for a $40 fee. This fee covers the cost of an instructor and the spaced used. Class format, length and maximum number of participants varies and may be tailored to specific group fitness request. Instructors and facility space is limited due to availability. Presentation Requests
Fitness offers two one hour presentations, Fitness 101: Nutrition and Training for Weight Loss and Training Truths. These presentations are for classes and groups on the Boca Raton campus.
