On-Campus Recruiting Program (OCR)
The CDC hosts an On-Campus Interview program that brings numerous organizations to campus during the fall and spring semesters. The On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) program begins the day following Career Day (Spring and Fall semesters).

No Show Policy
The CDC has a strict "no-show" policy for students who do not show up for scheduled interviews or who call to cancel the same day of the interview. Students who are unable to make an on-campus interview appointment are expected to notify the CDC 24 hours in advance. It is expected that the student write an appropriate letter to the recruiter within a week with a copy provided to the CDC. A second no-show automatically revokes on-campus interviewing privileges for the remainder of the recruiting season.
