It is certainly acceptable to design and produce a publication without utilizing the services offered through Marketing and Creative Services. However, every project has the potential to impact the image of many areas of the University, therefore it is recommended to involve us as early as possible in the planning process. We want to maximize the effectiveness of each and every communication, and our division is at the heart of the majority of the materials produced.

All materials intended for dissemination to non-academic internal and external audiences need prior approval from Marketing and Creative Services within the Division of University Communications and Marketing. This includes but is not limited to: brochures, advertisements, invitations, newsletters, invitations, event posters and any marketing material whether in print or online.
