Offices and Office Suites
This item provides performance frequency information and details about maintenance in offices and office suite rooms.Once per week:
- All office cleaning will scheduled to occur between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Empty waste receptacles and change liners. Clean receptacles as required.
- Clean private restrooms located within offices (public restroom standards will be followed.)
- Dust cleared furniture tops, desk lamps, and bookshelves.
- Vacuum traffic areas and remove spots/spillage from carpeted floors.
- Spot clean doors and glass.
- Vacuum thoroughly.
- Clean doors, door glass, and telephone.
- Dust mop and wet mop tiled floors.
- High dust coat racks, clocks, ledges, pipes, vents, blinds, and connecting vertical and horizontal wall surfaces.
- Remove scuffmarks and/or spray buff tiled floors.
- Vacuum fabric covered sofas and chairs.
