The Student Code of Conduct is a document that explains all of the rules and procedures for FAU students. Each student receives a copy of this on a CD during their Orientation to FAU. Students who are upperclassmen can pick a copy up from Student Services or Student Government.
The Housing Guidebook is designed to provide all residents with the rules and regulations that apply to on-campus living.
The Resident Assistant is a member of the Residential Life staff and assists with a designated section of student rooms in the halls. The RA is responsible for actively working with the residents to develop a sense of community through ongoing communication, program development, and modeling an enthusiastic commitment to an environment that is conducive to personal, social, cultural, and intellectual growth.
If you are interested in applying to become a Resident Assistant for 2012-2013, you must attend an information session (see flyers around campus) and submit the following application materials no later than Wednesday, February 8, 2012:
