Indian River Towers (IRT)

Imagine yourself walking up to the doors of your residence hall after your most difficult class. As you open the doors, you head straight for the multipurpose room, where you usually meet your roommates after a long day for a friendly game of pool. When you enter, you see them already there waiting for you. After your game, you decide to check your e-mail in the conveniently located computer lab before heading to your room.

This experience awaits you in Indian River Towers, a suite-style residence hall featuring both double and single rooms. This building is open to both upperclassmen and freshmen. All suites feature a living area and two bathroom facilities. In most instances, two residents share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with unlimited access Ethernet connections and basic cable television service. Wireless Ethernet access is also available throughout the building. Located adjacent to the barbeque pits and sand volleyball court, IRT offers unique amenities such as a two story lofted lobby area and a furnished sun deck. At Indian River Towers you’ll also find a 24 hour desk operation, community kitchen, multipurpose room with large screen TV, laundry facilities, study lounges, classroom and computer lab.
