Visualize yourself coming home to prepare for a project design group that you’ll be hosting that evening. Your group has decided to meet at your apartment because you have plenty of room for everyone in your living room. You decide to have some snacks

ready for anyone who gets hungry, so you check your kitchen cabinets to make sure you have enough food. While you’re doing this, one of your roommates comes home and chats with you before heading upstairs to their room.

This is life at the University Village Apartments. Our apartment community accommodates more than 500 upper-division undergraduate and graduate students. In general, first-year college students are not eligible to reside in the apartment community. Some exceptions may be granted, however, for students who have been out of high school for more than one year. The University Village Apartments area offers students a multipurpose room with a large screen TV, laundry facilities, community kitchen and computer lab.

Two floor plans are available in the
University Village Apartments:

Four Bedroom Apartment
These apartments offer each student a private bedroom. This style of housing is designed to accommodate four same-gender residents. These are two-story units, featuring a furnished living/ dining area and kitchen on one floor and the bedrooms on a separate floor. All bedrooms are fully furnished and provide unlimited access Ethernet connection and basic cable television service.

Studio Efficiency
This unit offers a large, open area that serves as both a bedroom and living area for two same-gender students. This efficiency apartment is fully furnished and offer unlimited access Ethernet connections and basic cable television service.

Both floor plans are available with an Academic Year or 12 month contract option.
