4.)  Workshop for your Department on Assessment: what it is; why it is useful for faculty and departments; why it is useful to students; how assessment helps to improve student learning .
5.)  Workshop for your Department on Rubrics: What they are; Why they are helpful to faculty; Why they are helpful to students; How they help to improve student learning outcomes.
