The Retail Component

• At least 60,000 square feet of retail space located on the north side of campus near the new student housing facilities
• Retail options will focus on serving the on-campus university community: dining, clothing, laundry, light retail and personal services
• Will positively impact University-related traffic patterns because students and staff will stay on campus for many of the needs they currently must meet by traveling off campus
