Refunds

If you must cancel your registration, please notify us by phone or fax at least 48 hours before the course begins, and you will get a refund of your course tuition minus a 10% processing charge. Your application fee will not be refunded. Students who attend class up to the fifth day can receive a refund of 80% of the tuition. The Intensive English Institute must receive request for a refund in writing no later than the fifth day of class. After the fifth day, no refunds or transfers to the following semesters will be made.

Dates, tuition and all fees are subject to change without notice.

Tuition and all fees must be paid by cash, check, traveler’s checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

The balance of all fees is due on or before the first day of class.

The $125.00 application fee is non-refundable.
