Cell Phones
IRM contracts cell phone and smartphone service for FAU business. You can purchase the plan and phone that works best for you and your department. Our carriers offer promotions from time to time, so please contact CSI Customer Service (7-6235) for equipment types and details.
Once you have obtained Dean or Director approval to order a cell phone for FAU business, decide the phone and service that you want, and then submit a ticket through the Online Helpdesk site.

Pagers
IRM no longer provides new pager service. If your department would like to purchase a pager, you can visit USA Mobility to determine the pager model and service plan that best suits your needs and then submit a purchase requisition to the Purchasing Department for processing.
This change does NOT affect current users with an existing Weblink pager purchased through IRM. If you have any questions please call CSI Customer Service at 7-6235.
