International Student - Employment Online Workshop Directions
This hand-out provides directions on how to access the employment online workshop module in blackboard. Students, who apply for OPT or CPT, are required to complete and satisfactorily pass the online module prior to receiving the OPT/CPT I-20.

Employment OPT Information & Form
This form is used when requesting authorization for any type of OPT (pre or post OPT), on-campus or off- campus.
This form provides information on mailing your OPT application to the USCIS (U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

17 Month OPT extension (STEM) Information & Application
This form is used to apply for the 17-month STEM Post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students.
This form must be completed by all students once OPT has been approved, employment authorization (EAD) card is received, and you have found employment.
