If an ALEKS score places you in a class for which you have not had the prerequisite course, please bring your ALEKS score sheet and talk to the instructor on the first day of classes. The instructor will review the sheet and advise you on the appropriate class for which to register. For course prerequisite information, look in the University Catalog, found at http://www.fau.edu/registrar/universitycatalog/welcome.php. Click on the College of Science, then Course Descriptions, and scroll down to the Mathematical Sciences section.
