LOWER-LEVEL TRANSFER ORIENTATION
For orientation, Lower-level transfers are broken down into 2 groups:
• Transfer students with 29 credits and below.
• Transfer students with 30-59 credits.
Lower-level transfer students with 29 credits and below:
These students will attend a 2-day Freshman Orientation.
Lower-level transfer students with 30-59 credits:
These students will have the option of attending a 1-day Transfer Orientation on campus. You can view a complete listing of dates by clicking the Upper-level Transfer Orientation link.
Refund Policy
Yes, you can receive a refund for orientation. Our office must receive the request in writing either by mail or email 10 days before your scheduled orientation in order to receive the refund. Our office email is orientme@fau.edu and our office address is 777 Glades Rd, Student Union 206, Boca Raton, FL 33431
If your written notice for refund isn't given within the time listed above or you miss your orientation date, you will have to reschedule and pay again for another orientation session
In order to switch an orientation date, we must have your request in writing or by e-mail at least 10 days before your original orientation date.
Note...Orientation dates will close once they are full. We also close orientation reservations 2 days prior to the orientation date.
