Refund Policy
Yes, you can receive a refund for orientation. Our office must receive the request in writing either by mail or e-mail 10 days before your scheduled orientation in order to receive the refund. Our office e-mail is orientme@fau.edu and our office address is 777 Glades Rd, Student Union 206, Boca Raton, FL 33431
If your written notice for refund isn't given within the time listed above or you miss your orientation date, you will have to reschedule and pay again for another orientation session
In order to switch an orientation date, we must have your request in writing or by e-mail at least 10 days before your original orientation date.
For greater course availability, select an early Orientation session. You should attend an Orientation on the campus at which you intend to take the majority of your course work. (Your specific major MUST be offered at the campus where you attend Orientation for us to best advise and register you for classes).
Boca Campus: All majors EXCEPT Architecture, Computer Arts in Animation, and Urban & Regional Plannin g
Davie Campus: All majors EXCEPT Anthropology, Architecture, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geology, Geography, Holocaust and Judaic Studies, Languages, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Philosophy, Physics, Theatre, and Exercise Science.

Driving Directions
Boca Raton Campus
From I-95: Exit at Glades Road and go east approximately 1/2 mile. The entrance to FAU will be on the left.
Florida's Turnpike: Exit at Glades Road and go east approximately 4 miles. The entrance to FAU will be on the left, approximately 1/2 mile east of I-95.
Davie Campus
From I-95 North/South, take I-595 west to Davie Road. At Davie Road make a left and go South to Nova Drive (2nd light). Turn right on Nova Drive and go West to College Avenue (1st light). At College Avenue make a left and the campus will be approximately 1 block on the left. Broward County Transit Bus # 9 & #12 stops nearest this location.
Treasure Coast Campus
From I-95 : Take exit 121, St. Lucie West Blvd., east to Peacock Blvd. Turn Left. Travel north on Peacock, then turn right on NW University Blvd. Proceed to the end of NW University. Turn left on NW California Blvd. The campus' main entrance will be on the left.
From Florida's Turnpike : Take exit 142, Port St. Lucie. Cross over Port St. Lucie Blvd. on to Bayshore Blvd. Travel north 3 miles. At the intersection of Prima Vista Blvd. and Bayshore Blvd., turn left onto Prima Vista. You will cross over the Turnpike. Continue approximately 2-3 miles; turn right onto Country Club Drive. At the circle, bear right. Once on California Blvd., take the first left past NW University Boulevard.
John D. MacArthur Campus
From I-95 : Take Exit 83 (Donald Ross Road) east to Parkside Drive. Turn left, going north on Parkside Drive. The parking area and main entrance will be on the right.
From Florida’s Turnpike :
From the south: Take Exit 109 (Palm Beach Gardens). Go east on PGA Blvd. to Central Blvd. Turn left, go north to Donald Ross Road. Turn left, go west to Parkside Drive. Turn right, going north on Parkside Drive. The parking area and main entrance will be on the right.
From the north : Take Exit 116 (Jupiter). Go east to I-95. Go south to Exit 83 (Donald Ross Road). Go east to Parkside Drive. Turn left, going north on Parkside Drive. The parking area and main entrance will be on the right.
Tower Campus
I-95 to Broward Blvd., head east. Turn right on SE First Ave. Park in “City Parking.” IF you have a current FAU parking sticker, use the 7th floor. If you don’t, then use metered parking. The FAU campus is on the south of the parking garage.
Check-in will be in HE 9th floor.
