Starting Monday, July 20, portions of Lot 23 closest to the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts & Letters – Performing Arts Building (PA51) will be closed off to allow for the start of construction on the new building of the Arts& Letters General Classroom Facility, School of Communications and Multi Media Studies Theaters.
Prior to the start of construction, all vehicles need to be moved from the area so that the construction fencing can be installed. Traffic and Parking is requesting that all vehicles be moved from the north end of Lot 23 by 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 19. Any vehicle left in the affected area after 5:00 PM on Sunday will be relocated at the owner’s expense. Click here to see a map of the area impacted by the construction (Adobe Acrobat required).
The Performing Arts Building (PA51) will remain fully accessible during construction. The fenced in area will be bounded by Performing Arts (PA51) to the north, Palm Beach Ave to the east, the parking lot cross driveway to the south and Brevard court to the west.
