The Office of Traffic and Parking will be performing software upgrades and routine maintenance starting at the close of business on Thursday, July 23 and finishing late on Friday, July 24. During this time, online access to all Traffic and Parking accounts will be temporarily suspended. The Office of Traffic and Parking will remain open. However, we will only be able to perform limited transactions (ie. issuing temporary permits, accepting citation payments (with the citation number), etc.) while the software upgrades are being performed.
