Eligibility
Students who are enrolled in the current semester are eligible for services. Proof of current, paid registration and valid photo identification (e.g., Owl Card or Driver's License) are required to receive services.
FAU Students Need to Know
- Student must be enrolled in the current semester.
- Call Student Health Services at (954) 236-1556 for an appointment.
- Student is responsible for payment for all charges incurred during the office visit that are not covered by the FAU Student Health fee.
- Fees for laboratory tests will be billed directly to the student's FAU account.
