Dr. Rosalyn Carter is a Professor of  Public Administration and Dean of the College for Design and Social Inquiry.  Dr. Carter's primary responsibility as the Dean is the development of programs in the College and University.  She has been the Dean since 1993, and her accomplishments include the creation of new programs, accreditation of new and old programs, modification of College procedures, and the development of research centers.
