HTTP Cookie Problem Resolution for Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 6.x

This problem has developed with Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 6.x browsers. Please follow the instructions below to solve the problem with your respective browser. If this does not solve your problem, please let us know from our Request Form.

NETSCAPE 6 USERS:

1. Go to "Tools".
2. Choose "Privacy & Security".
3. Choose "Unblock Cookies from this site".

AOL USERS:

1. Go to Settings (on the top menu buttons).
2. Go to Preferences.
3. Go to Internet Properties (WWW).
4. When the dialog box appears, choose Security.
5. Then, follow directions below for Internet Explorer 6 users, steps 3 on.

INTERNET EXPLORER 6 USERS:

1. Click on “Tools”.
2. Click on “Internet Options”.
3. Click the “Privacy” tab.
4. Push the "Advanced" button.
5. Check "Override Automatic Cookie Handling".
6. Check "Always allow session cookies".
7. Click "OK".
8. Close and re-open your browser for the changes to take affect.
