Rental Regalia Ordering Instructions

Regalia Order Form

Dear Faculty and Staff:

GPC will hold its Spring Commencement on Friday, May 4, 2012.  All faculty and staff are invited to participate. 

The GPC Bookstore will offer the rental of regalia through an on-line rental document or you may contact your campus bookstore.  The rental regalia order form link is presented below:

Please complete the order form and submit no later than Friday, April 20.  Once you have completed the form, simply click the "send" button.  This automated process is designed to expedite your order.  Your regalia will arrive at the bookstore on the campus that you selected sometime during the week of April 30.  Please contact the campus bookstore after April 30th to see if your regalia package has arrived.  You will pay for your regalia when you pick it up in the bookstore. The prices for regalia rental are:

*Pressing and special requests should be indicated on the special instructions line found on the order form. Rentals will be available for pick-up at the Clarkston Campus bookstore starting the Monday prior to commencement.

Rented regalia may be returned to the Clarkston Bookstore after the Commencement ceremony.

If you are interested in purchasing your regalia, contact your campus bookstore and they will be able to assist you. The deadline for purchases is April 20, 2012.

Please complete your regalia order soon! To have these orders processed and returned by the week of April 20, 2012 these orders must be received by April 20, 2012.
