Performance Management
The Performance Management Plan and Evaluation form must be completed annually by February 28th for full-time, bi-weekly support staff employees and by March 31st for monthly professional and administrative employees. The evaluation period for the annual review should be dated January 1st to December 31st of the previous year.
Two Interim Performance Conversation forms must also be completed annually for each staff and professional and administrative employee by June 30th and October 31st.
