Welcome to Georgia Perimeter College

Georgia Perimeter College is among the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan two-year colleges. With more than 21,000 students, GPC is the third-largest institution in the University System of Georgia. We are affordable, and accessible with five campuses and additional sites conveniently located around Atlanta. We serve traditional students as well as nontraditional and international students. GPC enrolls more freshmen, has more students transferring to other colleges and universities, has more high school Joint Enrollment students and offers more online courses than any other institution in the state.

Memorial Day holiday. College closed.

Full term and Regents' Prep (RGTE and RGTR) classes begin.
Note: Short term classes begin on June 16.

Schedule Adjustment available for currently enrolled students in full term & Regents' Prep classes.

Registration/Schedule Adjustment for short term classes.
Fee payment due at registration.

GPC new students priority processing due date for Financial Aid application for fall 2008.

Faculty on all campuses input No Shows for full term and Regents' Prep classes into SIS.
Due date is noon on June 11, 2008.

Mon., Jun. 9
Midpoint for Regents' Prep (RGTE and RGTR) classes.
Last day to withdraw with a "W" grade in these classes.

Thu., Jun. 12
No Show purges on all campuses for full term and Regents' Prep classes.

Thu., Jun. 12
Last day for registration for short term classes.
Advisement and registration assistance available on campuses during posted hours. On-line fee payment will be available until 11:59 PM on June 15. Unpaid or partially paid registrations will be cancelled.

Mon., Jun. 16
Short term classes begin.

Mon., Jun. 16
Financial Aid freezes credit hours for disbursement of awards at midnight.
Students who register on or after June 25th and have valid ISIRs* (Institutional Student Information Record) as of that date will not be eligible for federal aid. Students must be registered for all parts of term by June 24th in order to receive federal aid.

The Writers Institute is pleased to welcom Carl Hiaasen, Miami Herald columnist and best-selling author of the novel turned movie "Hoot" for a book signing and lecture.
Hiaasen is promoting his new non-fiction novel "Downhill Lie", about his love/hate affair with golf.
