Financial Aid Book Allowance ~ First Term Fall Semester 2015 ~ available: Monday, August 10th thru Monday, August 31st
~Second Term Fall Semester 2015~ Monday, October 5th - Monday,October 19th.
Financial Aid Refunds:
~ First Term Fall Semester 2015 ~ Wednesday, September 2nd thru Thursday, October 5th
~ Second Term ~ Wedensday, October 28th thru Sunday, November 1st
Students must "Accept" the JCard Policies for their card to function on campus, and must "Authorize" their financial aid funds to be posted to their JCard.
To Accept JCard Policies and Authorize Financial Aid
1. Go to the Student Information System.
2. Log into your account with your GPC email username and password.
3. Go to the Student Records tab at the top of the menu.
4. Click Change JCard Policy.
5. Click yes to change JCard Policy acceptance or Financial Aid Authorization Selection.
6. Submit your selection.
7. Click Accept on the JCard Policy selection.
8. Submit your selection.
9. Select Authorize to permit financial aid funds to be transferred to your card.
10. Submit your selection.
