Students must "Accept" the JCard Policies for their card to function on campus, and must "Authorize" their financial aid funds to be posted to their JCard.
To Accept JCard Policies and Authorize Financial Aid
1. Go to the Student Information System.
2. Log into your account with your GPC email username and password.
3. Go to the Student Records tab at the top of the menu.
4. Click Change JCard Policy.
5. Click yes to change JCard Policy acceptance or Financial Aid Authorization Selection.
6. Submit your selection.
7. Click Accept on the JCard Policy selection.
8. Submit your selection.
9. Select Authorize to permit financial aid funds to be transferred to your card.
10. Submit your selection.
