JCard Account balances are carried forward until an account holder graduates or formally withdraws from the college. Refunds of $25 or more are made to the GPC Higher One Card.
Notice: All refunds are issued to the Higher One Card. If you have lost or never received your Higher One Card, please contact the Student Accounts Office on your campus.
