The Office of Marketing and Public Relations

For GPC Faculty and Staff:

Interested in creating a new website or revamping an existing one? It involves several steps and two skillsets: editorial skills and technical skills.  The Web Content team assists with the editorial aspect of creating a site while the Office of Information Technology (OIT) assists with the technical aspects of creating the site. Read this section to learn more about how to create a GPC website and where to get help in both areas.

Editorial Help

The Web Content team assists you with creating your site by providing online instructions and worksheets that assist you with structuring, writing and editing  your site before you use website creation software to lay it out in the GPC look and feel web template.

Technical Help

The Office of Information Technology assists you with creating your site by offering technical classes in the website creation software Microsoft FrontPage. That is currently the software GPC uses to create websites. You will also need to create a new website directory if you are developing a new site. Sign up for classes and request a new site.
