MPR produces college publications including among others The Chronicle, In the Loop, the annual reports, the Impact Report and the College Catalog and manages the GPC Educational Access Channel (EAC), Comcast Channel 22, available in DeKalb County, Georgia.

For the internal GPC community, the office produces brochures, flyers and videos. MPR provides photography services, news release editing and writing, graphic design and guidance in Web content creation. Barbara Obrentz, the chief public relations officer and director of marketing, oversees the Office of Marketing and Public Relations.
