The Office of Information Technology has released two new services that will enhance your service experience – online chat and the Self-Service Center.
Online chat is available for faculty, staff and students as a means of real-time communication to the GPC Service Desk. Please visit chat on the OIT web site and click on Chat Now on the right-hand side of the screen to connect with the Service Desk. During off-hours, you also have the ability to leave a message for the Service Desk through this link.
The Self-Service Center is a 24x7 solution enabling faculty & staff to submit their own technology requests, track the progress of their tickets and search for solutions through the knowledge base, all without having to contact the Service Desk team. Simply go to the OIT web site and click on the Self-Service button on the right-hand side of the screen. To do this, you must be connected to the GPC network – either on campus or via VPN.
