These pages provide access to the timecodes that are approved for use with Academic Classes in the indicated Semester.

The use of these codes is required when inputting a schedule into BANNER.The final exam schedule is based on these codes - any course not using an approved time code will not have an exam time assigned during Exam Week.

There are several options of file (all in pdf format) available:

1. A complete listing of all possible timecodes - also included is a calendar of the term showing the number of class meeting days for each combination of class. (The calendar is also available as a seperate file entitled "Meeting Count/Calendar".)

2. The codes are also available in specific sets as follows (when applicable to the term):

• 3 credit hour classes
• 4 credit hour classes
• 6 credit hour classes
• 2 credit hour classes
• 1 credit hour General classes
• 1 credit hour Science labs
• ISCI
• Wellness and other special PE codes
• Jazz, Studio Art and Film codes
• Hybrid classes

Before entry begins, the latest set of codes should be accessed from this site. They are subject to change each term.

If special or additional codes are requested, the request should go through the academic chain of approval from the instructor to department chair to dean to Vice-President for consideration.
