Highly qualified students from around the world come to Clemson to pursue graduate studies and research in more than 100 graduate programs. We have a commitment to each of those students.

We seek to bring together the world's best students and faculty in an educational environment where a student and a teacher share in research, exploration and inquiry. We place a special emphasis on matching students with our nationally and internationally renowned faculty on the basis of their mutual research and scholarly interests.

Contributions to disciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary knowledge include both basic and applied research. We are particularly interested in highly motivated students who want to make a contribution to some of the world's most complex problems spanning science, engineering, business, behavioral and social sciences, education, life sciences, agriculture, human services, the arts, architecture, and the humanities.

At first, we will be your guides. We will help you develop an individual plan of study and explore your potential research interests.

Then, we will be your colleagues, sharing in discovery.

I invite you to join us as we work to change the destiny of the world.

Sincerely,
Karen Burg Signature
