Checking Your Application Status
1. To check your status, please go to https://www.grad.usf.edu/sonic3/status.php . Due to heavy volume at this time of year, allow at least 2 weeks for your documents to change from “missing” to “received” status. The term “referred” means that your packet has been sent to the graduate program office. When they have received all required documents from you they will be able to make a decision. Once the packet has been “referred” by the Graduate School to the program, any requests for a status check should be directed to the program.
2. You may direct other inquiries to the Graduate Admissions Office by emailing your inquiry to admissions@grad.usf.edu.
