Request Books in WorldCat

1. Search by keywords or click on Advanced Search to search specific fields or to narrow your search terms.
2. Use the link in the record to Request Item.
3. Our Library ID is PD5.

How to Request Articles

1. Search Journals A-Z for the Journal Title to find the full-text journal online.
2. If GCSC does not have access to the journal, use the ArticleFirst database to find the citation and place your request. Use the Articles tab in the search box above to search by keyword and journal title.
3. Use the link in the record to Request Item. Our Library ID is PD5.

If a book you need is not owned by the GCSC Library, we can borrow that book for you from another library using Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Students, faculty, and staff of GCSC are eligible for ILL services. You may have five active requests at one time. There is usually no charge for ILL; however, the library will check with you first before ordering items that incur a fee. The lending library dictates the loan period for their ILL materials. Some items can be renewed depending on the policy of the lending library. Please contact us in advance of the due date if you need to renew your ILL book; renewals are not guaranteed, but we will be happy to contact the lending library with your renewal request. Please return the item on time. Fines for books borrowed through ILL are $1.00 per day per item. Please view our Interlibrary Loan Policy.
