Transfer Track/Anthropology/Archaeology (ANTH-AA)

AREA OF CONCENTRATION:
The purpose of this transfer track is to prepare students for a career in anthropology or archaeology. Anthropologists study human origins, languages, social institutions and customs. Archaeologists study the artifacts of prehistoric and historic peoples and attempt to reconstruct the culture and social practices of such people. This transfer track will also prepare students for a teaching career in anthropology or archaeology. Students should expect to complete graduate studies in preparation for a career in anthropology or archaeology.
