It is the policy of Highland Community College Foundation with respect to financial aid practices to fully comply with all applicable existing federal, state and local governmental regulation concerning non-discrimination so far as race, creed, religion, sex, individuals with special needs or national origin my be concerned, included, but not limited to, Executive Order 11245, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act.
