On October 12, 1999, Pursuant to R. 7:12-4, the Supreme Court approved of revisions to the following Statewide Violations Bureau Schedule to be effective December 12, 1999, with the exception of the New Jersey Transit Proof of Payment violations (Part II, Section E), which were effective immediately.
