Call Center Provider Services:
- Collection of support payments.
- Enforcement of support orders when parent fails to pay as ordered.
- Automatic deduction by income withholding on wages, unemployment compensation, etc.
- Tax Refund Offset.
- Credit Bureau Reporting.
- Entry of Judgment for accumulated arrears.

Drug Court Program Supervisor: 609-571-4046
Supervision of adults placed on Probation by the Superior and Municipal Courts, including monitoring and enforcement of standard and special conditions of probation. Supervision of Mercer County residents placed on probation by other jurisdictions, including other states, when the matter is transferred to this office. Monitors all court-imposed community service.

Juvenile Drug Court Program Location:

Juvenile Drug Court Program Supervisor: 609-571-4216
Supervises juveniles placed on Probation by the Family Court, including monitoring and enforcement of standard and special conditions of probation. The Juvenile Unit works closely with Mercer Street Friends to which they refer clients for counseling and drug evaluation. Conducts a weekend community service program known as SLAP-J. Juveniles selected for this program meet on Saturday and perform clean-up, painting and gardening for various community agencies. Each participant also attends the Amer-I-Can Program which provides them with lunch on each Saturday as well as life-skills training.
