It is hereby ORDERED that the Court’s February 6, 2001 Order, regarding the centralized case management of litigation seeking damages and other relief arising out of alleged environmental contamination in Ocean County by Ciba-Geigy, which order superseded the Court’s January 12, 2001 Order, and the related August 28, 2001 Order, are amended as follows: (1) the matters are reassigned to Judge Ann G. McCormick from Judge Marina Corodemus as of Judge Corodemus’ October 1, 2004 disability retirement date; thus all references to Judge Corodemus in the February 6, 2001 Order and the August 28, 2001 Order shall now be to Judge McCormick, and (2) no Special Master may be appointed in this litigation without the express approval of the Chief Justice.
The provisions of this Order are effective immediately and until further Order of the Court.
