The Kent Jewish Studies Program is proud to offer scholarship opportunities for qualified students-- Jewish or non-Jewish.

The Samuel Melton Scholarship, a gift from the Melton Foundation of Columbus, Ohio, provides financial assistance to any student who shows academic promise and agrees to take one or more courses in Jewish Studies every semester during their undergraduate years.

Download the Samuel Melton Scholarship application here.

Educational scholarship funds from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago

are available for college and graduate students for the 2011-2012 academic year. Approximately $500,000 is available for Jewish students who are identified as having promise for significant contributions in their chosen careers, and are in need of financial assistance for full-time academic programs primarily in the helping professions.

Internships and study abroad are also encouraged and supported through the Jewish Studies Program.

Additionally, we offer mentoring and advising for each of the students in our program.
