The Kent State PhoneCenter is a branch of the Kent State University Annual Fund, which employs more than 70 student callers each semester to encourage a culture of philanthropy throughout the university community.
Our student callers hit the phones nightly to raise awareness of the university's achievements and encourage Kent State alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends to show their commitment to the university's mission through annual financial support. The conversations our students have with alumni and friends generate an additional $1 million a year in much-needed financial support allocated to scholarships, technology and campus improvements.
