Special thanks to our dedicated Campaign for Change volunteers for your terrific help at the Centennial Concert on September 8 in Dix Stadium! It was a great show, and a great evening full of great energy -- a good time was had by all!

Doing good feels good -- and pays off! Congratulations to our 2011 Campaign for Change Book Award winners! Diane Baldridge, Katherine Blind, Jessie Grund, Kayla Konen and Autumn Richards were chosen randomly from over 400 students who donated to the Campaign for Change Scholarship Fund last semester.*

*Each winner received a $500 stipend deposited into their Bursar’s account.

In other news ...

The Campaign for Change awarded its second scholarship to Jessica Crowell, a junior music major. Jessica was chosen from over 100 applicants to receive our $1,250 scholarship. Congratulations, Jessica!

The Campaign for Change is led by students like you – hard-working, deserving students looking for a way to ease the financial burden of paying tuition. Hundreds of students have contributed their spare change to create a scholarship fund. The Campaign for Change is designed to be open to all students, and to provide anyone who wants to make a difference in their life and the lives of others with an opportunity to do so.

Why does the C4C need YOU?

The Campaign for Change is your opportunity to actively participate in philanthropy. Since 2007, over 2,500 students and parents have generously contributed nearly $65,000 to this fund. Making a gift to the The Campaign for Change Scholarship Fund is simple and rewarding – and it can change lives.

What's in it for YOU?

Your gift helps provide more aid for students just like you. And, regardless of whether you choose to support the Fund, you can visit the Student Financial Aid website every year and apply online for the Campaign for Change Scholarship (a $1,250 scholarship).

We understand! Paying for college is a major drag on the pocketbook. Consider this: If all Kent State undergraduates contributed just $20 to the Campaign for Change, it would generate over $340,000 in new scholarship money!
