Commitment Contract and Program Fee Deadline
Fall 2012 Commitment Contract due by March 15, 2012; $1000 program fee due after student receives eligibility confirmation.
Spring 2013 Commitment Contract due by July 2, 2012; $1000 program fee due after student receives eligibility confirmation.
Scholarship Application Deadline
Fall 2012 Scholarship Application due by March 1, 2012

Starting Oct. 17, 2011 at 12:01AM (EST), KSU FDM students may complete and submit the online Intent to Participate form. Submitting this form will hold a spot in the program for the term requested. THE FORM WILL NOT BE VISIBLE UNTIL Oct. 17, 2011 at 12:01AM (EST).
