Payment Options

The Bursar's Office accepts cash, money orders, personal checks, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diner's Club for payment of any fees. Payments may be made in the following ways:

  1. Web payments via checking account or credit card can be made at https://payonline.kent.edu.  Credit/debit card payments toward a student account cannot be accepted over the telephone or in person. 
  2. At the Bursar's Office; we are open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST; please check with the specific campus regarding hours. If it is after hours, there is a drive up drop box available and your payment will be posted on the next business day.
  3. Via the mail; payments can be sent to Kent State University, L-8055, Columbus, OH  43268-8055.

    University Policy requires a student to pay all fees in full or arrange for making payment at the time of registration. If a student does not meet the payment deadlines, deregistration from classes by the University could occur
