Symposium Paper and Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines

You may participate in the Symposium program through the submission of either a complete paper or an extended abstract. Both papers and extended abstracts will undergo a double-blind review process by at least two reviewers.

Each accepted paper or extended abstract will be assigned to an appropriate track in the Symposiums program and the author(s) will be allotted 20 minutes to present their work followed by five minutes for discussion.

All accepted papers and extended abstracts will be included in the Symposium Proceedings after payment of registration fees by at least one author.

NOTE: All papers and abstracts must be submitted via softcopy in a Microsoft Word 97-2003 (.doc) format to either Al Guiffrida ( aguiffri@kent.edu) or Pratim Datta ( pdatta@kent.edu).

Submit final copy of paper (after reviews completed) for Proceedings: June 10, 2011
