A cooperative effort of Kent State University, the University of Akron and Youngstown State University, this one day program focuses on current topics in literacy education. It includes nationally known keynote speakers as well as breakout sessions on innovations in the teaching of reading, strategies for working with students at varying grade levels, remedial education and emerging technologies.
