Pipeline Initiatives and Diversity Programs is the arm of the division related to diversity programming, community engagement and outreach at the divisional level. The goal of these efforts is to successfully develop and implement programs that contribute to a climate of inclusiveness. The major areas relative to the core focus of these areas are student access, success and campus climate. 

Within Pipeline Initiatives and Diversity Programming you will find Diversity Programming and Community Outreach, Pre-College and TRIO Programs, the Student Multicultural Center, the Women's Center, and the LGBTQ Center.
